My name is Yoram Lev-Yehudi, and YLY are my initials. I was born in Tel-Aviv on November 11^th, 1962. That means I'm a Scorpio. My hobbies are playing squash, flying remote-control airplanes and listening to this station.

My formal education includes first degree (B.Sc.) in Exact Sciences, at Tel-Aviv University. The studies included Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economy and Computer Sciences. My second degree is in Business Administration (MBA), at Tel-Aviv University, with specialties in Corporate Finance and Information Systems.

For many years I worked in the highly developed Israeli Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, in various positions. Having strong technical background and proven experience, combined with good business skills and very healthy intuition, I can certainly define my occupation as IT managerial/executive. Today I co-own and manage my own firm, Beacon Tech Ltd., which specializes in Innovation Management issues with strong emphasis on European funded projects. My personal experience in EU Framework Programmes spans since 1997, the first year which Israel signed the association agreement with the European Commission.
